It is still snowing. We've shoveled the driveway about four times now and the walls on either side are huge. The latest measurement is 22 inches.
Along with the snow, there has been some damage to trees in our yard and the neighbor's yard. We have a lot of cleanup to do once the snow is gone and the ground isn't saturated.
Want to see what I'm talking about?
David and Joey clearing the driveway this morning.
The white pine trees are not meant to hold so much snow and are snapping in half. We had one do the same thing back during our December snow storm. Our neighbor's garage, thankfully, wasn't damaged beyond a dented gutter.

That's a lot more snow than what we normally get here in Toronto Canada. We have had about 3 very small snow falls this winter. We have only had to shovel twice so far and each time there was only about 1/2 to 1 inch of snow which is really nothing at all. I think you need to invest in a snow blower! My son-in-law who lives about an hour west of us has not had to use his snow blower at all this year as yet. It is still collecting dust in his garage! Stay safe and stay warm!
wow, is that d.c. or siberia:)
