Hi all. I have been so busy lately. I have not abandoned stamping, quite the contrary. I've been busy at work on a few things, and recovering a bit from the week after vacation (always the way, right?).
I wanted to let you all know, just in case you haven't heard, World Card Making Day is just over a month away. Are you ready? A Muse is a sponsor of this event! Linda and the A Muse crew are planning some fun things in conjunction, so get ready. You can see more about the event at this website.
Also, it is time to vote for the Creating Keepsakes Readers Choice Awards. If you scrap, stamp or do both, it is worth a look-see here. For stampers looking to vote for their favorite (and mine!) you won't find A Muse listed in any of the categories. However, you can write-in. Check out Linda's post about some excellent categories for A Muse goodies.
Ok, so, I plan to work on photographing cards soon. Maybe, I will get to it tonight and have something special for those loyal readers out there (all 6 of you) by tomorrow. Meanwhile, here is a first attempt at a beaded pen. I saw some of these on SplitcoastStampers and wanted to try it. I plan on sending this to a friend who is a special education teacher in Charleston. Something special, just for her :)

as one of your loyal fans, i can't wait to see the new cards! love june
Love it! I agree...we need a tutorial. Are the beads on the inside or outside of the pen? That apple is so cute and perfect for the inside of the pen...it's a perfect gift for a teacher. Can't wait to see what your posting next!
That pen is very pretty!
