Inspired by the latest Card of the Week in the A Muse newsletter, I made this card. I've had this notecard since last year and haven't had any idea what to do with it. But I thought the starbursts looked a little bit like fireworks, so I just highlighted a few with Stickles and add Miss Liberty. Looking at it, I think I need better coverage with the glitter, so I may go back and fix it.
