Happy Birthday

Today would have been my sister's fortieth birthday. I miss her terribly, especially on those special "family" days and I have been thinking about her all week. Last night I made her a birthday card. She'd have liked it because each monarch represents each of the five siblings in our family. I'll probably send it to her husband and girls sometime soon, but for now, I need to keep it with me.

BTW, I used the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger for this card's layout. It's a pretty good one for clean and simple stamping. Thanks for stopping by today.

card info: cloud cardstock, white cardstock, and monarch by A Muse Artstamps, Copic markers, black pen, superfine glitter by Stampendous.

This is SO SWEET Elena! What a gorgeous card. I bet it would fill your sister's heart with joy. I hope you do send it to your brother-in-law and nieces. Big hugs to you on this anniversary - you are in my thoughts. xoxo

It's a beautiful card. I think that sending this to her husband and daughters would be such a sweet thing to do. The sadness is unavoidable, but I hope that you have a lot of happy memories today, too. I'll be thinking about you. :)
