Gift Card Series Part 2

Here are two lunchbox tuck-in cards for today. My kids actually have a delayed opening due to icy roads, so I thought these would be good for sharing today. We actually get more ice/sleet than snow most winters, so I made one of the little mice with a glossy, icy snowball using Diamond Glaze. When I was a youngster, we'd make snowballs and just continuously smooth over each one until it was a packed-solid-ice ball. Boy, did one of those things HURT! Ahh, I can feel the lumps and bruises like it happened yesterday... Snow Much Fun, indeed.

I have two more sets of cards to share, so come back soon! Also, hop on over to The Saltbox Studio Sampler to participate in the last contest for this release today.

card info: image and sentiment from The Saltbox Studio, papers from my scrap supply, ribbon from Strano Designs, liquid applique, Diamond Glaze, Prismacolor markers - warm grey 20%, cold stone, ballet pink, pumpkin orange, grayed lavendar.

Those little mice are so cute, I'm going to check out those stamps now. Love how you made that snowball "icy"!
