Distressing is not my thing
I like the look that other people can achieve with this technique, but when I do it, it never seems quite right to me. I feel comfortable with inking edges with color, but to look distressed or antiqued, I don't know. It is a very popular look, though, so sometimes I give it a try. I think I do better with clean edges. It is so much easier for my mind to think like that!
card info: images, sentiment by A Muse, cardstock by Bazzill, twill ribbon ?, pumpkin button by Jesse James buttons, scallop rectangle, pop dots, Ranger distressing inks, Prismacolor markers - pumpkin orange, sunburst yellow, leaf green, crimson red, cinnamon toast, avocado, blue slate, black pen.

Oh my gosh! Another cute card! I need to get more new Amuse stamps. Hehe! I'm saving some money so I can.
Your creativity never ceases to amaze me! I'm happy to say that I have these stamps in my collection. Thank you for another cute card!
I know what you mean about the distressing. I have found that it's either compatible with the style of the images or it's not, UKWIM? If your guts tell you clean and fresh is your thing, I say stick with it! *wink*
I'm a clean kind of a girl too. I find it difficult to do the distressing... I like the bright & crisp look! (This is a really cute card though!)
This card turned out fabulous!!
So sweet, hee hee!
Great card, really cute! I think your distressing looks great. Now me on the other hand I need BIG help!!
Super cute card Elena :) I love the pumpkin stand stamp...one of my first purchases from the fall/winter line! The addition of the scarecrow is awesome! Thanks so much for checking out my site...and for entering my challenge :)
